AVM maintains cordial relationship with all her host Communities. As an Indigenous Company, we do not allow any communal activities to rise against us to disrupt our operations including that of our clients.
Recruitment: forty five (45) percent of our employee comes from the various host communities we operate.
Vending: We have provision for some local vendors from our host communities in different categories of business.
We are prompt to community needs within our reach to avoid unwarranted operational disturbances.
